My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the location was great, close to Masjid Nabawi, the cramped room situation really affected my comfort. The lack of daily housekeeping and poor maintenance were big downsides. It's definitely not a place I would recommend for a pleasant stay.

Rooms
5.0
The room was incredibly cramped with four beds stuffed into a small two-bedroom setup. It lacked basic amenities like Wi-Fi and proper cleanliness, with noticeable yellowish stains in the bathroom.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking as there was no daily housekeeping. The housekeeping staff refused to clean rooms regularly, and I also faced issues with the phone line being non-functional.
Location
8.0
The location was decent, being very close to Masjid Nabawi, which was perfect for my pilgrimage. However, it's not suitable for wheelchair users, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern.
Dining
5.0
There were limited dining options, and the available food was overly oily, making it less than enjoyable. There weren’t any options to dine in my room either, which was inconvenient.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel lacked adequate facilities, with maintenance issues evident throughout the property. Basic amenities were not up to par.

Staying at the hotel was quite an experience, especially with its prime location just a short walk from Al-Haram. While the rooms were very small, they were clean. The service provided was quite comprehensive, covering everything from room service to laundry. However, the dining options weren't the best, and the facilities could have been improved. Overall, a decent choice, especially for its location, but there are some areas that could use improvement.

Rooms

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The location is definitely a huge plus as it's right near Al-Haram, which made it super convenient for my visit. However, I encountered a few issues in my room, including some unwelcome cockroaches. The service was a bit pushy as they kept asking us to leave earlier than necessary. Overall, while the convenience of the location is great, the room conditions didn't make it worth the price.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was a definite highlight, being so close to Masjid e Nabavi, which made my trips there super convenient. However, the rooms left much to be desired, as they were not only large but also had some cleanliness issues. The service was decent but not exceptional, and while the dining options were satisfactory, they weren't particularly remarkable either. Overall, the hotel offered decent value but definitely has room for improvement.

The hotel had a few positives like its great location near the mosque and various restaurants, but the overall experience was dampened by the room's cleanliness and condition, which felt more like a college dormitory than a hotel. Additionally, the service was a bit lacking as I had to ask for a second key during my two-night stay, which was inconvenient. Despite the decent prices, the value for money just didn’t seem to match my expectations.
